[Deskin, Bob]

Item Default is the Default Item Datatype. So when an Item is defined for
this element, this is the datatype used if nothing else is specified. The
PDL syntax is DEFAULT ITEM DATATYPE datatype which can be shortened to
DATATYPE datatype.

We have an element that is type Numeric 
		 	     Size 10
		                 Item Default is IEEE-F  SIZE 8

What is the Item Default field ?
