HP/iX to UNIX migration with PowerHouse

I did this once 5 years ago. Since it was an vendor
provided migration from a 3000 to 9000 they provided
all conversion scripts.
Since it used Interbase at the time, and Interbase
ran on both boxes, (again at the time,) database
translation was not an issue. I left that company
thereafter. I heard the vendor moved on to Oracle.
The net result for Quiz, they still ran. There
were no compiled Quiz files, so they still ran
interactively. Same for QTP. Quick screens had
to be recompiled from QDESIGN of course.
Any hardcoded "USE" statements were converted to MPE
FILE+dot+GROUP+dot+ACCOUNT were converted to
subdirectory+slash+subdirectory+filename.
Different file extensions were added to the file
names. This was kinda cool, since now you knew
the difference between a Quiz, QTP, QDESIGN, or
QUICK, file just by the file name.
One no longer had to worry about REPORT LIMIT
statements.
Self streaming job files where changed to 'cron'
or 'at'.
There were other things, but this is what I remember
off the top of my head.
