Blank Line suppressing in Quiz

OK,

Call off the gaurds. The blanks line at the bottom of my report were 
because I had set the page length to 66, but I only reported 59 lines. When 
I changed the page length to 60, all was well. If NOBLANKS was not working 
correctly, my report would have gone on to 2 pages.
