Interbase to Oracle with PH, than to client/server and/or web

We did the move from Interbase to Oracle 2 years ago.  All our applications 
were built with PowerHouse.  These applications are still in production 
with PH and Oracle.  When that migration was over, we built some new 
applications on the Web but we didn't use any Cognos tools for it.  To do 
the migration from Interbase to Oracle, we used a QTP (reading Interbase 
metadata) to generate all the DDL to create tables and indexes and it also 
generated another qtp source to read the data from Interbase and write it 
in Oracle tables.
