Improvement Suggestions on PH code

I like Chris, recommend Suprtool to speed things up and the cost is minimal
compared to Cognos pricing.

On further note without Suprtool to speed things up, define the subfiles as
indexed then connect via the index in the opposite manner as you now are
doing and make a useable indexed subset of the optional file then reattach
to get the optional information that dropped out:

A little round about but I have found it can cut down the processing time.
