You can use the predefined conditions
NEWRECORD OF SHOP_SECTION
ALTEREDRECORD OF SHOP_SECTION
DELETEDRECORD OF SHOP_SECTION
to do your tests.
For undeleted records NEWRECORD OF SHOP_SECTION is false or ALTEREDRECORD OF
SHOP_SECTION is true.
For deleted records DELETEDRECORD OF SHOP_SECTION is true.
