Sysdate problem in Quiz

I got a few responses about daylight savings time and time zones. I'm pretty sure that my time zone is not set correctly on my system. I should have probably added some more facts:
The SYSTIME was correct on my reports, just the SYSDATE was wrong. So it was like I was a whole day off, not just a few hours.
For instance, a report that ran on 9/30/00 at 2:03 am displayed 09/29/00, 02:03.
All of my non-Quiz reports had correct dates and times.
Could this still be timezone related? It seems like it could be, but is the SYSTIME unaffected by the timezone settings?
Thanks for everybody's help.

In reviewing my jobs from September 30, it looks like the SYSDATE field on the reports says Sept 29, 2000 even though the reports actually ran on Sept 30. My code for the heading looks like this
PAGE HEAD &
TAB 001 "REPORT NAME: MEAPART.MFGQUIZ/QMEAPART.MFGQUIZ" &
TAB 052 DBRUN &
TAB 095 "DIST:" REQSTR &
SKIP 001 &
TAB 001 SYSDATE "," SYSTIME &
All the quizes from 12:01 am to around 3:00 am on Sept 30 had the wrong date (9/29/00). Then we didn't run anything again until 3:00 pm on Sept 30 and all the quizes run from then on had correct dates.
We are using version 8.19.C4 on HP version 5.5 powerpatch 7.
Did anyone else experience this problem?
