Swapping 132 to 80 columns

Are you using the clear option on the run command ?
I think that may be the problem.
It's been a long time since I looked at this, but I think not using the clear
clause is what fixes it. Keep the screen tidy by other means (either a do
external to position to the bottom, or to clear it, or perhaps a display verb
to get to the bottom of the screen, or something at the beginning of the DCL).
You should be able to see what PH actually does by setting 'display controls'
in terminal setup just before invoking the run command.
