Swapping 132 to 80 columns

The DCL command is certainly the simplest solution, but if it doesn't do
what you want you could put a little 3GL module in the QKDRIVER library.  I
don't have the details handy, but there's a call to the $QIO system service
that sets the width via the terminal device handler.
