We've had considerable difficulty importing our PH dictionary definitions.
In particular, Easysoft appears to ignore the item datatype & use the element
datatype, which works fine when they're the same, but not otherwise.
Many of our definitions have had to be manually recrafted, which Easysoft
support have helped with.

Once that's done, it all works well enough.
