QUTIL Question

Hi John and All :)
    Ok... I thot it was just me being a Cognos Rookie... is there a
problem/bug/undocumented feature in the 8.xx versions that don't allow you
to use the only help?  We are on 8.19.C3 for QTP and 8.19 in general for the
Cognos products on a HP 3k...
