QUTIL Question

You're right, John!  But if your systems manager is like those I have worked
with, the older 7 versions may still be available.  If you want to, you can copy
the latest 2 files needed that you have into your current version - ours is
8.19C4 - (or get your systems manager to do it if he/she has not granted you the
capability):

COPY  COGHLIB.PH729C8.COGNOS,COGHLIB.PH819C4.COGNOS
COPY  COGHELP.PH729C8.COGNOS,COGHELP.PH819C4.COGNOS

After that, HELP worked in version 8 just as it did in version 7.
Granted the help will not be the latest and greatest, but at least some basic
convenience will be restored.  I wonder who left these files out of version 8,
Cognos or the installers?  There's also a German (COGHLIBD) or French (COGHLIBF)
version for those that want HELP in those languages.
