PowerHouse allows you to enclose strings in either single or double quotes.
As for HTML itself, you may be able to use the special character " to
represent the quote or the ascii equivalent %22.

Subject: Double quotes in character strings
Anybody....
I need to output a character string from a QTP request and that character
string must contain an HTML command which itself contains double quotes.
How can I escape the double quotes within the character string to ensure
that I get the double quotes appearing in the output string?
I know that it is not absolutely essential for HTML to use the quotes, but
it is now a question we need to know the answer to.
Can anyone help?
