Reflections File Xfer from Quiz

I am running version 8.09c on an HP3000 with  MPE i/X 5.5 pp 7. I am trying
to add a file transfer to a QUIZ  report without success. Here is what I am
doing:
* I create a file (SET REPORT DEVICE DISC NAME filename)
* After the go statement I put the following
* ECHO &oF SET SEPARATOR=CR/LF YES
* ECHO &oF SET DELETE-TRAILING-SPACES YES
* ECHO &oF RECEIVE C:\TEMP\pcfile.XLS FROM filename ASCII DELETE
* RUN PCLINK2.PUB.SYS

No matter what I do the script is never invoked. I know this can be done in
QUICK. Is this a question of  whether a Reflections script can run from
within QUIZ  or is it that I'm missing something?
