Upgrading to VMS 7.1

Phil,

We have a production environment where 'development' (and compilations
etc.) are done on a VMS 6.2 Alpha .... then the resulting qkc's , qtc's
, qzc's etc. are 'distributed' to a variety of other Alphas (VMS 7.1-2 ,
VMS 7.1-1H2 , VMS 6.2-1H3 ) with absolutely no problems.  We've been
using this arrangement for quite some time now, so I don't expect you'll
encounter any versioning difficulties.

Current Powerhouse is 710G1.
