Well, I think I did that.

Perhaps I was not so clear in my note as possible. I am interested in AVERAGE,
not SUBTOTAL.  I have also specified MAXIMUM and MINIMUM using the same method
that Chris and others suggested to me. MAXIMUM and MINIMUM work as advertised,
but AVERAGE yields a subtotal just AS IF I had coded SUBTOTAL.
