ITOQ for PDL

Not quite Tracy. ITOQ generates a file called SCHEMA which is QDD source. So
you'll also need an old copy of QDD to compile this into a QSCHEMAC before
you can pump out the massive PDL source with Qshow. Or you can use the "sort
of supported" QDDTOPDL program (not command file as I called it earlier
today) to convert the QDD source to PDL source. This is better for a couple
of reasons -- Qshow includes every friggin' option of every element making
for a huge source file; QDDTOPDL preserves the sequence of elements and
files in the original source.
