We will put the Handbook on the CD if technically possible. The manuals on
the CD are in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat). We use different software for the
Handbook that lets us type in the syntax as if it was a mathematical
structure. This software does the formatting and alignment automatically so
we don't have to worry about the spacing of the brackets etc. I don't know
if the two are compatible. I did some preliminary tests that were promising.
So if we can we will.

Bob,

Will you include the Handbook on the manual CD? I hope so. I expect the CD
will be sent to us (when there're ready), but I am skeptical that we'll
receive any new Handbooks.
