One of my compatriots is in the process of investigating this very topic
presently.

The company he's working with, and has heard positive comments about is
International Software Group, the product is called Navigator
(http://www.isgsoft.com).
Basic testing seems to work fine, although configuration is a bit
nightmarish.    We can't comment about detailed testing and beating it up
yet because we have a temporary freeze on that project due to other issues.
We're definitely open to comment, both positive and otherwise, about this
product, or the others.  Gad knows the LAST thing we need is to select the
wrong product...
