QUTIL Question

Seems like Cognos are into geographical stereotyping, too. I looked at
training courses for PowerHouse in the UK. None available at Bracknell
(affluent south, whizz-kids, e-business), only Manchester (deprived north,
satanic mills, industrial grime). Ever felt marginalized?

And yes, my northern chums, that is tongue in cheek.
