Different PAGE HEADER in QUIZ

Initial heading "Page One"

Page Heading "Other Pages"


This should work fine

different on page 1   
		than on the following pages. My first idea was to do it this
way:


		DEFINE D-MY-PAGE-HEADING CHAR*80 = &

		  "YYYY"
