Every now and then we had something similar.

It was caused by date fields, which did not contain a valid date.
We then created a auiz report only reporting the questionable field and
then we searched for  lines like ######## (it is to mention, we are using a
spooler program, which can search for text in a certain spool file).

While using QUIZ 7.29 on HP e3000 MPE/iX 5.5pp7 I get the above error
message when processing a file.  The process I am performing is to create a
SUBFILE which is an ASCII flat file copy of a dataset on the mainframe.
The only elements that I believe could be causing these problems are
numeric values which I am formatting for the flat file and seem to contain
non-numeric data.

Is there a way to identify which row or element within row is causing this
problem?
