Trying to contact my Cognos sales rep

I'm sorry to clutter up the list with this, but I am having trouble trying to find out who my sales rep is for Cognos.  We are thinking of buying a larger HP 3000 and I will need to buy the license upgrade for Quiz, Quick and QTP.  We are located in San Jose, California.
