Indexed SubFiles Problems?

Kevin,

This is problem 112945 which was reported in 729 and still exists in 819.
One workaround would be to use a file equation for the subfile instead of
specifying the full pathname with group.

I have a dataset and an indexed subfile, both of which are keyed on a field
called ITNO.

The subfile is permanent and resides in a group other than the one I'm
currently homed to.

When I try to link them, and specify the link method, I get the following
error :-

Q U I Z   (PowerHouse  8.19.C3)
Copyright 1998 COGNOS INCORPORATED
COSWORTH RACING LIMITED

> Acc IM link ITNO to ITNO of *XF8001IN.JOBS
*W* PowerHouse name for XF8001IN.JOBS is XF8001IN.
*E* Can't find the item ITNO OF XF8001IN.JOBS.

But if I let Quiz determine the linkage, it works ok :-

> Acc IM link to *XF8001IN.JOBS
*W* PowerHouse name for XF8001IN.JOBS is XF8001IN.
Access XF8001IN viaindex ITNO.

It also works ok if I move to the group of the subfile and qualify the
linkage :-

> ACC IM LINK ITNO TO ITNO OF *XF8001IN
>

But if I suffix the subfile with the group name, it fails again :-

> ACC IM LINK ITNO TO ITNO OF *XF8001IN.JOBS
*W* PowerHouse name for XF8001IN.JOBS is XF8001IN.

Any thoughts would be most welcome!
