Sv: Strange entries in IMAGE DB

I have seen similar strange entries if ITEM-statements are accidentially swithced in RECORD-statements in your dictionary, or in the database, i.e. if alignment of fields does not match between the PH dictionary and the actual database.

Maybe you should compare the layout of the set as reported in QSHOW to that of QUERY - in order to rule above possibility out.
