PowerHouse driven applications

Multiview did have a large chunk of SPL code using for the reporting aspect
of the package. However, that package, which required the SPL code, has now
been replaced by a GUI interface reporting tool written in VB, I believe.

I recall Multiview having large SPL routines in it, making
it unportable...
Does a huge wodge of a different language render it a
non-PowerHouse package?

I have come up against a number of PH packages, not all of
which survive.
There was the PCL property management package,
the Publisyst book-publishing package which is unsupported
but still used by a
		number of firms,
		Stratus, the complicated accounts package

Others will come to me later no doubt..
