Xerox VIPP with QUIZ

Don't know about this printer in particular but have messed about with too
many others :-)
I'd recommend set NOformfeed and let the printer do the paging.
Does your initial heading start in column 1?
e.g initial heading tab 1 "sometext"
Is your initial heading just one string? If there's more than one thing in
it then you'd better ensure there's no spaces either by counting characters
and using tab or by set report spacing 0.
And maybe none of this will help at all :-)
