February 29th

I assume that most poeple had the sense to upgrade their software to Y2K certified versions before the end of the last century.  I was wondering has anyone performed any testing for February 29th on versions of PowerHouse or operating systems that have not been certified Y2K by the vendor.  For example prior no longer supported versions of PowerHouse running on an old VAX or a scenario similiar to this.  If so does anyone know of any older versions in general or versions running on a non Y2K maching that could possibly have glitches around February 29th?
