Inquizitive on VAX

Is anyone using Inquizitive on VAX besides us?  We are now experiencing
several problems with selecting dates.  The latest releases 7.10G2 & G3
don't seem to work for us.  Cognos support has agreed there is a problem but
can't say when or if they are going to fix it.  (This has been outstanding
with them for at least 6 months).  Essentially, we cannot find anything in
IQ by selecting on a date field (VMS Dates). This worked fine in previous
releases but Y2K changed all that.  We've even tried generating the QUIZ
code from IQ. For dates in 1900's we get a century of '20'.  For 2000 dates
the century comes back as '00'.  Is anyone else experiencing this situation?
Of course we can do this directly in QUIZ but we are trying to encourage our
end users to do some of these things for themselves.
