Who is Michael U. Potter?

Well actually not founder. Mike joined Quasar (what Cognos used to be
called) in 1972 (if I recall correctly) and eventually bought the company.
He still holds a lot of stock. But this is all public knowledge because
we're a publicly traded company.

I don't know about his buying habits and I REALLY haven't got a clue about
our stock, but Michael U. Potter was the original founder of Cognos (nee.
Quasar Systems).  He was CEO and Chairman of the Board until 5 or 6 years
ago when he retired.

A person named Michael U. Potter has been buying up LOTS of Cognos shares
lately and this has been driving the share price up it seems.  I saw an
alert about his (and companies he appears to be associated with) buying
spree yesterday.

Anyone know who this person is?
