Who is Michael U. Potter?

G'day all

A person named Michael U. Potter has been buying up LOTS of Cognos shares
lately and this has been driving the share price up it seems.  I saw an
alert about his (and companies he appears to be associated with) buying
spree yesterday.

Anyone know who this person is?
