Portable subfiles can be used as input to PowerPlay

I use portable subfiles for Microsoft Excel quite often.  I like to stick a carriage return after each record because Microsoft likes it that way for some reason.  You can also use the Mail Merge function in Microsoft Word and use a portable subfile as input for letters where you might what a Logo or electronic signature.  And then there is PowerPlay and Crystal reports also.
