Portable subfiles can be used as input to PowerPlay

You can read ISAM type files already in Impromptu using an ODBC driver such
as CONNX.  Unfortunately Impromptu won't read the subfile dictionary but you
can use that as the template for a CONNX CDD file, assuming the subfile
structure remains fairly constant.

Bravo!!  As a user of an ERP package written in PowerHouse, there are
numerous multi pass QTP/Quiz jobs that are just dying to be in PowerPlay.
Now if Cognos would only do the same for Impromptu....

I just discovered on Cognos' web site that the latest version of PowerPlay
Transformer can use PowerHouse portable subfiles as input.  That's great
news for PH shops wanting to integrate with Cognos BI.
