I'm not offended -- in fact I'm happy to see job wanted requests on this
list. They serve to confirm that PH is still alive and kicking in places
near and far. They alert us to potential jobs - who among us does not read
the job ads from time to time? Postings such as yours which contain a
description of an interesting application with an impressive sounding market
share which I probably would not have learned about any other way make for
interesting reading even if I don't have an Australian work permit (or much
chance of getting one) and my VMS experience is slim.

On the contrary, I would not welcome postings from agencies simply trolling
for CV's. And I'm always disappointed to encounter the sort of ads that read
"support legacy Powerhouse app and help with move to VB and $ql$erver" but I
guess they're part of our environment.
