Dict 3000?

	 Wasn't this the dictionary component of the pathetic attempt at a
4GL HP themselves produced?
	 
	 Dictionary/3000, Report/3000, and a couple of other components.
Badly muddied the waters & cost
	 Cognos a few sales, and HP eventually a few users. DEC did the same
with Rally, didn't they?
