List Attachments?

That idea, while interesting in some ways, would unfortunately be much
more software hacking than the hack to allow only attachments from Cognos.

An alternative would be this: Since attachments would most likely bounce
to me, I could still approve appropriate attachments.

Encourage those who send them to modify their auto-responder to recognize
and ignore messages from lists.
