SQL Quoted Identifiers

Hi,

I have just been trying to run a Quiz report against an Rdb database that
uses quoted identifiers.  It failed with a "metadata objects no longer
exist" error (it looks as though it was trying to retrieve two columns
"Total" and "Sugars" for a single column called "Total Sugars").

I can't believe I'm the first person to notice this, as the SQL standard
that allows it is dated 1992.  Can somebody tell me the solution?
