Mystery record?

Are you sure that Quiz is opening the same base as Query? Query has the
advantage of requiring you to enter the actual base name and group. Quiz
uses what the dictionary says and obeys file equates. So, are you using the
correct dictionary? What does the dictionary definition of "control" specify
as the base name for the database and the open name for the record? Are
there any file equates pointing off perhaps to some molested test version?
Does Qtp give the same results (change the report statement to a subfile
statement) ?
