Using INFORMATION in UPDATE procedure

Of course it is not a good idea to change the default UPDATE procedure. If
you can issue the message in PREUPDATE or POSTUPDATE it will be much better.

It may not be in the present version documentation but I seem to recall that
a WARNING verb in the POSTUPDATE procedure results in an update-stay
situation. Maybe an INFORMATION with NOW RESPONSE verb will have the same
result. In that case, you may need to provide appropriate code to handle an
update-stay situation. Most users are not familiar with update-stay or
rarely use it, and sometimes programmers forget about it. I know I made this
mistake a few times.
