Suppressing subtotal lines

If you can get your mitts on a copy of the Directions '92 Cognos
proceedings, I did a paper showing how you could do just that. 

It's paper #132, More Impossible Quiz Reports, and it's report #4, on page 11.

I could scan it, but the scan-to-text converion program I've got doesn't do
a good job. Does anyone else have a copy of the proceedings?
