  The easiest way to get around this is to create a subfile using the
nodictionary option.  The down side to this method is you cannot have
headers/footers.

Hello everybody,

I need help again, How can I create an ASCII file with the record size of
744? I know the maximum page width is only 264. How can I go by creating one
with 744 page width?
