Tricks in CSV ?

Chris,

If the loading and clicking is the same every Monday then you could probably
automate it with Excel macros, or by controlling the Excel ActiveX object
from a program on the Windows box.

If the load actions vary with the data, then you might be able to write
script source (Windows Scripting Host, Perl etc) from Powerhouse to use
ActiveX to load the data.  This would give you complete control of Excel
from Powerhouse.
