Tricks in CSV ?

I can't imagine there is any way of doing this in CSV files.  An easy
solution, though, would be to record a macro in Excel whilst doing it
manually once.  Then you could reuse this macro for future files.  The macro
might need a little tweaking depending on how variable the information is.
