PH 8.13.D1 License Expiration Warning for year 2000 on HPUX

This is news to us. Unless this is a temporary key that actually expires on
Jan 1, 2000. As for permanent keys, they have been tested many times in
Customer Support and in Development to ensure that there aren't any
problems. By the way, don't be concerned about the expire date in permanent
key being 1-jan-0. That just signifies a permanent key.

We understand PH 8.13.D1 has a warning that the license will expire on 
Jan 1, 2000.  Cognos says that this is just a warning and not to worry. 
Has anyone here actually rolled the CPU clock ahead on a HPUX version 10 
or 11 to confirm this is true?
