How about ::

enter QSHOW in the old/previous PowerHouse version
and then the following statements :

>set language pdl
>generate all
>

This will result in the creation of a diskfile named qshogen.pdl.
Copy this to some other filename and experiment with dictionary
changes.

Subject:	PDL -Help!!!!

Anybody out there could help me with creating a dictionary.
I'm setting up my company in powerhouse, but the problem is that the newest
version of powerhouse doesn't have QDD or any other tools that will allow me
in creating a new dictionary without typing each elements, items and
etc....in using PDL I have to type all my items, and elements for all my
database. As you all know, its so hard converting data types of elements. So
please, anybody out there that could point me in other direction with out
purchasing a new tools, we're in tight budget.....
  Help!!!!!
Thanks.
