G'day all

Enterprise 99 is great fun.  Lots of things to learn here and plenty of
goodies to give away.

Biggest CIUC ever, 1,500 attendees.  Plenty of ADT sessions though still
focused on BI.

Ron Zambioni, dressed as a Star Trek captan, opened the show with a quick
demo of all the web tools working together.  He even showed PowerHouse Web
but didn't mention it so only those in the know knew what it was.

New things are:

Architect for Impromptu and PowerPlay.  No relation to PowerHouse Architect
and no plans to extend it to use with PowerHouse dictionary.

DecisionStream - another BI tool.

Lex2000 - renamed as Cognos Finance.

Axiant 3.0 - a real show stopper.

PowerHouse Web 2.2 - a new breath of life for PowerHouse.

All the ADT sessions are well attended, so well some are standing room only.
At the hands on lab, I could barely see the demos of Axiant and PH Web due
to the crowd around them.

I've met Cognos users here from Iceland, Holland, Britain, Australia,
Mexico, New Zealand, Canada, Finland and even the USA.
