PNUM - New UDC parameter

We are running MPE/iX 6.0 (HP3000) with PH819C4 and found a new udc
parm (still wishing for command files) called PNUM. I was curious if
anyone is using this and/or knew the purpose for this parm.

I am hoping that PNUM may allow for multiple versions of QUIZ, QTP,
etc., to coexist in the same session without interferring with each
other in the area of temp files and variables. This becomes
particularly important when distributing information via a web server
from the HP3000 where multiple web clients are submitting requests
through the same session as son processes. I was thinking that the use
of the HPPIN variable may allow me to execute each powerhouse process
with the PNUM variable set to HPPIN and thereby overcoming any
conflicts.

Will this work?
