Irrational subfile behavior

One reason that it makes sense to automatically change the size of a subtotalled
item is that it is fairly likely that the subtotal will be larger than the
original item allows. If Powerhouse did not automatically resize the item then
people would have to add a lot of new defines to their reports. For instance if
you had an item ZONED SIZE 2 (as below) and the subtotal of that item would
exceed 99, you would have to add a new DEFINE of a larger size equaling that
item and subtotal the new DEFINE instead.
