Field Refresh Bugs in 7.10G1 & 7.10G2 on Vax & Alpha

I have discovered a bug in field refreshing in the above where when the data
is displayed in Inverse Halftone under certain entry the field doesn't get
refreshed properly.

Consider / Try the following:

screen test
temporary t_name char*20
hilite data inverse halftone
field t_name
go

If you enter 'Smith' and the in correct mode try blanking the field by
entering a space the space is not refreshed leave the inverse video 19
characters long instead of the original 20.

If you enter '1     1     1'   that is 1 followed by 5 spaces then another 1
the field displays correctly.

If you enter '1      1      1'   that is 1 followed by 6 spaces then another
1 the field displays with the '1's in inverse video and the spaces in normal
video.  Rather strange behaviour?

Has anyone come across this?  I've logged a call with Cognos Sydney.  I'll
see what happens.
