VMS Upgrade

If you have allready resolved the increased environmental issues with 7.10
on VMS 6.2 then just upgrading the OS should be a no-brainer.  Upgrading to
7.10G however, requires some VMS tweeking.  Our clients have noticed a
significant performance improvement in the newer version of VMS (7.2)
running on an older VAX machine.
